Who or what is Vandalizm?

Good question. Let’s put this into perspective. Some see graffiti as despoliation, others as art. It’s unorthodox, sure – but embracement is a part of art.  

Let’s just say everyone has 2 sides. There’s Sage Harris the artist and there’s Vandalizm the producer.
